Dr. Naddi Marah earned his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin and his medical degree at American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in Sint Maarten. He completed his residency at New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital and fellowships in cardiovascular disease, interventional and structural cardiology at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston.
Dr. Marah is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology. In practice since 2014, he speaks French and Spanish.
His primary clinical interests are advanced coronary and peripheral vascular interventions including limb salvage revascularization, pulmonary and peripheral thrombectomy, hemodynamic cardiac assessment, trans-esophageal echocardiogram and cardioversion, percutaneous left ventricular assist devices, and structural heart interventions including trans-catheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR).
He focuses on minimally invasive techniques, including the radial approach, with an intention to minimize complications, improve patient satisfaction and decrease the length of hospital stays.
Dr. Marah is recognized for his interpersonal skills, engaging bedside manner, professionalism and work ethic. He personalizes each patient’s care, taking time to thoroughly explain the diagnosis and proposed treatment plan. He wants his patients to feel they have been listened to, understood, prioritized and cared for with dignity and respect.
Dr. Marah is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions.
Away from his practice, Dr. Marah enjoys spending time with his family, supporting local sports teams and promoting heart health awareness throughout the Houston community. He is a competitive soccer player and basketball enthusiast, and he enjoys listening to smooth jazz.
