Experiencing back pain? Care for yourself, so you can care for them.

When you’ve got a lot going on, the last thing you have time for is back pain. It can slow you down, sap your energy, interfere with your sleep and keep you from doing the things you want and need to do. (And you’re not alone. An estimated 80% of Americans will experience back pain at some point in their lives. And women are more susceptible than men.)

Fortunately, back pain can often be relieved with rest, pain medication and/or physical therapy. If your back pain lasts more than two weeks, see a doctor. Finding out what’s causing your pain is a great first step. Your doctor can then tailor a treatment plan to help relieve your pain.
