For Visitors

Meditation/Chapel/Prayer Rooms

Medical Records: First floor, near South Tower, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (release of information)

Visiting Hours

General Visiting: 8 a.m. – 9 p.m.

  • After 9 p.m., all guests will need to enter through the North Tower Entrance by the Emergency Center and speak to a Security Officer for assistance.
  • For the safety of our patients, no sick visitors are allowed at any time.
  • Children under the age of 17 are not permitted in patient care areas, waiting rooms or lobbies without adult supervision.
  • In Adult Critical Care Units and the Emergency Department, visiting is allowed according to patient preference and condition. Please check with the patient's nurse or charge nurse prior to visiting. No more than two visitors may enter at one time.
  • Visitation for COVID-19 patients remains restricted.

A cafeteria and coffee house is available to serve the needs of patients and visitors at Memorial Hermann Greater Heights Hospital.

Cafeteria - North Tower

Monday - Friday

  • Breakfast: 7 - 10 a.m.
  • Lunch: 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
  • Dinner: 2 - 7:30 p.m.

Saturday, Sunday and Holidays

  • Breakfast: 7 - 10 a.m.
  • Lunch: 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
  • Dinner: 2 - 6:30 p.m.
